These terms of service govern your use of the BuzzStrategy Co. website and our social media marketing services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

BuzzStrategy Co. (ABN 56 483 917 265) is a social media strategy and marketing agency based at Level 10, 477 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia.

2. Services

We provide social media management, content creation, community building, paid social campaign management, brand voice development, and social listening and analytics services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided to each client before work commences.

3. Engagement and Payment

• Services commence upon acceptance of a signed proposal or service agreement and receipt of the first payment.
• Monthly fees are invoiced on the first business day of each month and are due within 14 days.
• Ad spend and third-party costs are separate from our management fees and are the responsibility of the client.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Cancellation and Termination

• Spark and Flame plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Blaze plans have a minimum three-month engagement period. After the initial term, they may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate a client engagement with 14 days notice if we believe the relationship is no longer workable or if the client breaches these terms.
• Upon termination, we will provide all account credentials, content assets, and data within 7 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to social media accounts, brand assets, and relevant information
• Reviewing and approving content within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring all information and materials provided to us are accurate and do not infringe on third-party rights
• Paying invoices on time

6. Intellectual Property

• Content created by BuzzStrategy Co. for a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment for the relevant period.
• We retain the right to showcase anonymised or approved work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• BuzzStrategy Co. retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, processes, and methodologies used in delivering services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services for a period of two years.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuzzStrategy Co. provides social media marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose.

We are not liable for any changes to social media platform algorithms, policies, or features that may affect campaign performance.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
